The prickly pear is a fruit that comes from Nopal, a species of cactus imported from Mexico to North America three centuries ago.

Pure prickly pear seed oil comes from the tiny seeds of the fruit and is a rare delicacy. Its production is extremely difficult since each seed only contains 5 to 10% oil. This means that almost one tone of fruit is needed to make one liter of oil, making it the rarest and most expensive oil in the world.

How to apply it?

After shampoo, apply a small amount only, massaging thoroughly from the scalp to the ends.

Add water gradually to lather the product, then rinse thoroughly.

Ingredients + Benefits

Key Ingredients & Benefits:
Pure Prickly Pear Seed Oil:
A bounty of nature certified by ECOCERT. Extracted from the seeds using a cold press. It contains:

Essential fatty acids:
Omega 6 (62%), Omega 9 (20%).
Nourishing, regenerating and softening.

Sterol Delta 7 (1.2%):
Very rarely found in vegetable oils.
A powerful stimulating and revitalizing anti-ratical.

Vitamin E (1000mg/kg):
A record concentration, twice that found in Argan oil, for a repairing and softening action.
Also a very effective anti-oxidant.

Prickly Pear Oil Extract:
Produced by macerating prickly pear fruit. Like the pure oil, it has a very interesting composition. It is particularly rich in essential fatty acids and Vitamin C. It effectively ensures the cohesion of the hair's outer layer and protects it from external factors. It also reinforces the anti-oxidant and regenerative effects of prickly pear seed oil.

Inula Flower Extract:
Its lipid structure, similar to that of hair's own natural ceramide, gives it a unique double action: Stimulation of the keratinocytes of hair bulbs, regenerates and protects right down to the hair roots.
Enhances natural or dyed hair pigments, for fresh and vivid hair color.

A 100% Natural (ECOCERT) repairing agent, that profoundly restructures hair, leaving it soft and enhancing its natural shine.

Brand Info

"I am fascinated by women's natural beauty and the techniques used to enhance it. Showing off their skin tone, eyes and complexion without letting color dominate, ever... I want people to say a woman is beautiful and not that she has a beautiful hair color. Every woman must be welcomed in the same way: I analyze their faces and the nature of their hair so I can work with pigments, light and contrasts to find them the most natural-looking color. Over the years, I have tried to develop my product range for colored hair, based on the properties of rare or ancestral natural resources (prickly pear oil, lavender, chamomile and lemon) to offer deep nourishing treatments for hair that also maintain vibrant color. Some of my products can now be used for skin as well as for the hair, for both men and women." -Christophe Robin
